Our Practice

 

Fairhope Family Medicine is staffed by a dynamic group of people, who work together, as a team, to help our patients achieve excellent health.  We promote​ patient/staff relationships and continuity so we can positively and profoundly effect patient's health and well being. Our goal is to be your medical home and coordinate your medical care.

 

Dr. Andrade founded the practice in January 2007.  The office was originally located on Spring Run Drive in Fairhope and moved to it’s current location December of 2008.  From the staff who answers the phone, right up to the doctors, we strive to provide efficient, quality medical care to help patients of all ages maintain good health.  While the faces seen in the office may change from time to time, the ultimate goal of all employees is to provide the best care for patients.

Haley Stuart, MSN,FNP-C
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Alabama native

Haley attended University of Mobile for her Bachelors and Masters degrees, and Troy University for her Nurse Practioner degree.  She had 15 years of nursing experience before completing her advanced degree.  Haley joined our team in June 2022.

She lives in Spanish Fort with her family.
Lea T. Collins, MSN,RN,FNP-BC
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Birmingham native

Lea attended Auburn University for undergraduate studies, UAB for her Masters and Nurse Practitioner studies, and joined us in 2013.

She lives in Spanish Fort with her husband and 3 children.
Tiffany Merchant, MSN,CRNP,FNP-C
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Fairhope native

Tiffany attended USA for her undergrad studies and Walden University for her Masters and Nurse Practitioner studies.  She had a dozen years nursing experience prior to joining us in August 2022.

She lives in Fairhope and enjoys cheering on her children in their activities and travelling with her family.

Tomasina, Adrianna & Katie do an awesome job handling the phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in or out and even pinch hit to assist the providers, when needed.  They are often the first person you will speak with when calling Fairhope Family Medicine.  Tomasina, now works remotely from sunny California!

​

Sherry, Tracy, Chelsea, Meghan, Felicia, Hailey & Sandy are all certified Medical Assistants and work hand in hand with the providers helping care for and educate patients.  Generally, they will be the first  to handle your medical questions.

On-Site Labs:

Quest labs provides phlebotomy services every weekday.  Dana will be happy to assist you at  these times:

Monday 8-5

Tuesday 8-12

Wednesday 8-5

Thursday 8-12

Friday 8-5

Lab is not available from 12:30 to 1:30

Cassady is our beloved and spoiled Irish Water Spaniel. She is often up front to greet any one willing to pet her fluffy head.
